Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving for unworn goods, please email our team as soon as possible with the email below if you'd like to organise a return or exchange.
Please email us with all details, including order number, the reason a return is wanted etc and our team will work on dealing with your case as soon as possible.

We use UK sizing on all our products and convert to their equivalent in EUR/US. Below you will find the official Nike/Jordan and Adidas size charts, please use these to assist you in your buying to help you get the shoe that fits best! From there, it will take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days to arrive to destination, subject to variation based on unforeseen circumstances we can not control.

How can I track my order?

Can I cancel and get my order refunded?

Are all items listed on the site Brand New?
Yes. All items are brand new unless stated within the product description.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What can be done?
In this case, if you haven’t received confirmation for your order within a few hours, please email us at info@the-vault-uk.com.
Is it possible to add a discount code to an order that has already been placed?
Unfortunately for discount codes to be valid, they need to be used during checkout.
