Thank you for sending my Uggs so quickly from Aus to UK in just a few days. Tracking notice worked accurately with no glitches. Packing was secure and first class kicks for me!
My Uggs arrived today and are lovely! Fit well and as seen in the picture! Really pleased!
Product looked good. No complains there.
Wanted to exchange product to smaller size but it came with me incurring a £20 cost - £10 for me posting it back and £10 to company for them to post exchange pair. I find this ridiculous. Whether business is small or not, exchanges shouldn't be this expensive. Ended up buying another pair from a different company as this shocked me.
No problem with the shoes but it took 25days to arrive. I appreciate it was over xmas but it would have been better if when placing order you had told me product was in Aus.
