Thanks to the amazing British weather I haven’t had the opportunity to wear these properly yet. They fit well & seem to be as comfy as you would expect from Ugg.
Delivery was fast & at a price better than anywhere else in the Uk - even though they were travelling halfway round the world. Not my 1st purchase from The Vault UK & definitely won’t be my last!

I recently bought a pair of Bondi 9’s, hoping for a quick delivery I paid for express. The trainers in turned out were being sent from Australia and on questioning the refund for express delivery was refunded without quibble.
The communication from this company is faultless! Emails are friendly, respectful and valuable. The trainers were delivered in perfect packaging.
Overall if you’re happy to wait that wee bitty longer then use this company! I certainly will 😀
Was rather sceptical with the shoes coming from Australia but they have no disappointed and I received them within a week. Great customer service 👏
