Are the items listed on the site Authentic?

The Vault GUARANTEES the authenticity of every item listed on our site. Each item is thoroughly checked by our team ensuring that items are 100% authentic.


How long does it take for orders to ship?

- Customers will be provided with a tracking number after their purchase is shipped, 3 business days in most circumstances but this can take up to 9 business days processing time, depending on stock allocations at the time of ordering. Please keep in mind, express shipping applies only to your order being shipped faster and the regular processing times still applies. If you require your order for a certain date please feel free to contact one of our team.

From there, it will take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days to arrive to destination, subject to variation based on unforeseen circumstances we can not control. If you do have any questions about your order specifically feel free to email the team at info@the-vault-uk.com.

- All shipments are shipped from the UK or Australia depending on stock allocations on the day of ordering.

Refunds will not be given for orders that do not arrive by dates we did not previously guarantee.

Christmas deliveries cannot be guaranteed from the 14th onwards.

How can I track my order?

After being processed, when your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to your email with your unique tracking number. You can then track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.  


Can I cancel and get my order refunded?

We only allow cancellations under justifiable circumstances. We do also allow returns/exchanges/store credits based on what is most suited to your situation.


Are all items listed on the site Brand New? 

Yes. All items are brand new unless stated within the product description.


I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What can be done?

In this case, if you haven’t received confirmation for your order within a few hours, please email us at info@the-vault-uk.com.


Is it possible to add a discount code to an order that has already been placed?

Unfortunately for discount codes to be valid, they need to be used during checkout.
