The Vault communicated clearly from the moment of purchase until the item was received. Was surprised when the trainers were posted from Australia, but it didn't make any difference to anything. Happy with my purchase.
I bought these for my granddaughter and she is delighted with them. Presumably they weren't in stock here because when I started tracking them, I realised they were coming from Australia, which hadn't been mentioned during the order process and I fully expected to have to pay VAT, etc. But I wasn't charged any tax and delivery was very quick, just over a week. So I was extremely please with the service.
