I placed an order for a pair of ladies HOKA’S on 31/01/2026 costing £140.
I managed to get £20 off them - of which I was very appreciative.
Delivery was estimated to take 2-10 days.
Whilst the communication from The Vault was excellent, I then began to receive emails from “Australia Post” relating to my order !!
I was in receipt of my new HOKA’S on 09/02/2026 and was very surprised that they had actually been sent from Australia as opposed to the U.K.
I am delighted with my purchase and the ordering process etc.
The only thing that puzzles me is that the enclosed paperwork from Australia valued the HOKA’S at 65 Australian Dollars.
I am in disbelief!!!
There was a slight delay in my delivery as the package was coming from Australia. I contacted the customer support team and they immediately took ownership to understand why had happened and to move the package on its way. Highly recommended
If anything they seem a wider fit than my old ones but I can wear thicker socks with them so it’s no problem.
