We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need a different size or wish to return your order, we’ve made the process as simple as possible.

Exchanges: You can request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to a £10 shipping fee.

Returns for Refunds: Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order. A 10% fee applies to cover non-refundable costs such as payment processor fees, platform fees, and taxes. This helps us as a small business continue offering competitive prices and free shipping on orders.

Returns for Store Credit: Prefer a store credit? We’ll issue a credit for the full amount, minus a £10 shipping fee, so you can easily pick another style or size.

We’re a small business and every order means a lot to us. While we do have to recover unavoidable fees on refunds, our goal is always to make sure you feel confident shopping with us.
We use UK sizing on all our products and convert to their equivalent in EUR/US. How do I know what size to order?
All sizes on our site are listed in UK sizing (unless stated otherwise).
If you’re unsure, contact us and our team will happily help with size conversions and fit advice. And if it’s not perfect, our easy exchange policy has you covered.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some items are limited releases and may not restock. However, we update our website regularly with new arrivals. Follow us on Instagram @thevault.uk_ for updates on restocks and early access to new drops.
Are all items brand new?
Yes — all items sold on The Vault are brand new unless otherwise stated in the product description.
What if my parcel is lost or delayed?
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. While delays are rare, if an issue arises, we’ll work directly with the courier to resolve it and make sure you’re covered.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it after a few hours, email us at info@the-vault-uk.com and we’ll resend your order confirmation.
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Discount codes must be applied during checkout. Unfortunately, they cannot be added afterwards.
