Returns & Exchange
Returns for store credits and size exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving for unworn goods, please email our team as soon as possible with the email below if you'd like to organise a return or exchange. Please note, shipping will need to be paid.
For an exchange only a £10 shipping fee applies.
For a refund a 10% fee + £15 is charged for returned cancellations, this is used to cover the free shipping we offer on site + platform fees. Alternatively a store credit can be provided for the full amount minus £10 shipping fee.
Please email us with all details, including order number, the reason a return is wanted etc and our team will work on dealing with your case as soon as possible. Refunds or not provided for change of mind or orders that don't arrive by a date which we have not previously guaranteed.

We use UK sizing on all our products and convert to their equivalent in EUR/US. Below you will find the official Nike/Jordan and Adidas size charts, please use these to assist you in your buying to help you get the shoe that fits best! Are the items listed on the site Authentic?
The Vault GUARANTEES the authenticity of every item listed on our site. Each item is thoroughly checked by our team ensuring that items are 100% authentic.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
ON AVERAGE, MOST ORDERS ARRIVE IN ABOUT 6 BUSINESS DAYS
- Customers will be provided with a tracking number after their purchase is shipped, 1-3 business days in most circumstances but this can take up to 9 business days processing time, depending on stock allocations at the time of ordering. Please keep in mind, express shipping applies only to your order being shipped faster and the regular processing times still applies. If you require your order for a certain date please feel free to contact one of our team. Please note, processing times apply to all orders, including those with Express shipping elected.
We do not offer same day/next day delivery.
From there, it will take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days to arrive to destination, subject to variation based on unforeseen circumstances we can not control. If you do have any questions about your order specifically feel free to email the team at info@the-vault-uk.com.
- All shipments are shipped from the UK or Australia depending on stock allocations on the day of ordering.
Refunds will not be given for orders that do not arrive by dates we did not previously guarantee.
Which countries do you ship to? Do I have to pay any import/customs fees?
We ship Worldwide. You will not be charged any import or customs fees.

How can I track my order?
After being processed, when your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to your email with your unique tracking number. You can then track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email. Please keep in mind, once a parcel has been shipped - it is not common but there may be shipping delays/issues which are out of our control.
Can I cancel and get my order refunded?
Yes your order can be cancelled if it has not been shipped - once an order is dispatched it may not be cancelled. We do also allow returns/exchanges/store credits based on what is most suited to your situation.
If you'd like to exchange the product, Only a £10 shipping fee will apply (per item).
For a refund, once the item is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed less 10% and £15 for fees. Alternatively a credit note can be provided for the full amount minus £10 shipping fee.
Are all items listed on the site Brand New?
Yes. All items are brand new unless stated within the product description.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What can be done?
In this case, if you haven’t received confirmation for your order within a few hours, please email us at info@the-vault-uk.com.
Is it possible to add a discount code to an order that has already been placed?
Unfortunately for discount codes to be valid, they need to be used during checkout.
