We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need a different size or wish to return your order, we’ve made the process as simple as possible.

Exchanges: You can request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to a £10 shipping fee. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your new size out to you, subject to availability and any potential market price changes on the replacement pair.

Returns for Refunds: Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order. A 10% fee applies to cover non-refundable costs such as payment processor fees, platform fees, and taxes. Refunds are processed only once the item is returned and inspected by our team.

Returns for Store Credit: Prefer a store credit? We’ll issue the credit for the full amount (minus a £10 shipping fee) once we receive and check your returned item.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at returns@the-vault-uk.com (we typically respond within 1 business day).

Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.
Faulty/Damaged goods
UGG, Vans, Saucony, Hoka and Dr Martens products purchased with The Vault include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience a genuine manufacturing defect within this period, please contact our team with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess the claim. If approved, we will organise a replacement pair where stock is available, or alternatively issue store credit of equivalent value. Refunds are not offered for warranty claims.

We’re a small business, and every order means a lot to us. While we do have to recover unavoidable fees on refunds and ask customers to cover return shipping, our goal is always to keep the process simple, fair, and reassuring so you can shop with confidence.
We use UK sizing on all our products and convert to their equivalent in EUR/US. Yes ✅. For the brands we are official retailers of — including UGG, Saucony, HOKA, and Dr. Martens — all products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
This covers any manufacturing defects or faults, giving you complete peace of mind. If you ever experience an issue within this period, simply contact us and we’ll help organise the warranty process for you.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to 8 business days depending on stock allocation and demand.
Delivery then takes on average 2–3 business days (up to 6 depending on courier and location).
Next-day delivery is available on selected products — please contact our team before ordering to confirm.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance, from either the UK or Australia, depending on stock allocation.
Which countries do you ship to? Do I have to pay customs fees?

For orders delivered within the UK, there are no customs or import fees to pay.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your local authorities. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I know what size to order?
All sizes on our site are listed in UK sizing (unless stated otherwise).
If you’re unsure, our team is happy to help with size conversions and fit advice. And if it’s not perfect, our easy exchange policy has you covered.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some items are limited releases and may not restock. However, we add new arrivals regularly. Follow us on Instagram @thevault.uk_ for restock alerts and early access to new drops.
Are all items brand new?
Yes — all items are brand new unless otherwise stated in the product description.
What if my parcel is lost or delayed?
All orders include tracking and insurance. While delays are rare, if there’s ever an issue, we’ll work directly with the courier to resolve it and make sure you’re covered.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received it after a few hours, contact us at info@the-vault-uk.com and we’ll resend it to you.
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Discount codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be added afterwards.
