Returns & Exchange
Returns for store credits and size exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving for unworn goods, please email our team as soon as possible with the email below if you'd like to organise a return or exchange. Please note, shipping will need to be paid, as well as this - a 10% fee + £15 is charged for returned cancellations, this is used to cover the free shipping we offer on site + platform fees.


Please email us with all details, including order number, the reason a return is wanted etc and our team will work on dealing with your case as soon as possible. Refunds or not provided for change of mind or orders that don't arrive by a date which we have not previously guaranteed.

Are the items listed on the site Authentic?

The Vault GUARANTEES the authenticity of every item listed on our site. Each item is thoroughly checked by our team ensuring that items are 100% authentic.

 

How long does it take for orders to ship?

- Customers will be provided with a tracking number after their purchase is shipped, 3 business days in most circumstances but this can take up to 9 business days processing time, depending on stock allocations at the time of ordering. Please keep in mind, express shipping applies only to your order being shipped faster and the regular processing times still applies. If you require your order for a certain date please feel free to contact one of our team. Please note, processing times apply to all orders, including those with Express shipping elected. 

We do not offer same day/next day delivery. 

From there, it will take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days to arrive to destination, subject to variation based on unforeseen circumstances we can not control. If you do have any questions about your order specifically feel free to email the team at info@the-vault-uk.com.

- All shipments are shipped from the UK or Australia depending on stock allocations on the day of ordering.

Refunds will not be given for orders that do not arrive by dates we did not previously guarantee.

After waiting 4 weeks boots finally arrived today.Then the shock off two left boots appeared when opening box and also two different boots.Absolute disgrace its laughable

Ordered on the 6th of December, apparently left Australia on the 10th its now the 21st and still no word that they've arrived in the UK yet!! Not happy as I was well inside the last postage date

I'm still waiting for my shoes to arrive. They were ordered on December 5th. I didn't realise they were coming direct from Australia. I have since emailed customer services who replied very quickly and were a great help, they assured me items will arrive soon and apologised for any inconvenience. Reason for the delay was the Australian Post service has a backlog from Black Friday.
